Further, CenterPoint Gaming does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the Software or otherwise relating to such materials on any sites linked to this site.
Crosshair V2 is designed to be an overlay that works with games running in Borderless or Windowed Fullscreen mode. The Software does not interact with, hook into, or modify game files in any way. However, the use of any third-party software with online games carries inherent risks. Some game developers or anti-cheat systems may consider any overlay as an unfair advantage. You, the user, assume all responsibility for using the Software. CenterPoint Gaming is not responsible for any penalties, account suspensions, or bans you may receive from any game's publisher or developer.
In no event shall CenterPoint Gaming or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if CenterPoint Gaming or a CenterPoint Gaming authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
