1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AimMaster V2 ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to download and use the Software for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Software;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
• transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by AimMaster Team at any time.

3. Disclaimer

The Software is provided on an 'as is' basis. AimMaster Team makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, AimMaster Team does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the Software or otherwise relating to such materials on any sites linked to this site.

4. Anti-Cheat and Fair Play

AimMaster V2 is designed to be an overlay that works with games running in Borderless or Windowed Fullscreen mode. The Software does not interact with, hook into, or modify game files in any way. However, the use of any third-party software with online games carries inherent risks. Some game developers or anti-cheat systems may consider any overlay as an unfair advantage. You, the user, assume all responsibility for using the Software. AimMaster Team is not responsible for any penalties, account suspensions, or bans you may receive from any game's publisher or developer.

5. Limitations

In no event shall AimMaster Team or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if AimMaster Team or a AimMaster Team authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
